Job Vacancy: Project Estimator

Job Description:

Apex is looking for an accurate and detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our team. The Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and preparing cost estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and assess project conditions.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to gather information.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitor and update cost estimates as project requirements change.
• Prepare and present estimate reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Estimator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost estimation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in project estimation.
