Job Description:

North Star is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Lusaka. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, while managing project teams and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate project resources and monitor project progress.
• Manage project budget and report on project financials.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained appropriately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Job Description:

North Star is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of programs in Lusaka. The Program Coordinator will assist in managing program activities, scheduling, and ensuring all aspects of the programs run smoothly.

• Coordinate program activities and resources.
• Maintain program schedules and track progress.
• Assist in the preparation of program materials and reports.
