Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is hiring a Property Inspector to evaluate the condition of residential and commercial properties. The Property Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying issues, and providing detailed reports to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and assess the condition of buildings and systems.
• Identify and document maintenance or repair needs.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with recommendations.
• Advise clients on property condition and necessary improvements.
• Stay updated on building codes and inspection standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Inspector or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property inspection processes and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.

Education:

• High school diploma; relevant certification in property inspection preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in property inspection tools and software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in property inspection.
