Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage residential and commercial properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, managing tenant relations, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements and rent collection.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of property management laws and practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in property management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in property management.
