Company: African Perfect-World Investment Consulting Ltd, a leader in affordable housing, seeks 2 Property Managers to oversee commercial/residential properties, ensuring high asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
– Manage property operations and ensure legal compliance.
– Develop business plans tailored to client needs.
– Oversee maintenance, contracts, and lease negotiations.
– Advertise vacancies and manage client relationships.
– Create and manage annual budgets.
Requirements:
– 5+ years in property management.
– Strong understanding of property management, legal standards, and financials.
– Real estate license & BS degree in Real Estate or related field.
– Proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication & organizational skills.
