Part-time lecturers in Human Anatomy, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology, Physiology, Immunology, Histology, Medical Ethics, Microbiology, and Virology.

Unicaf University in Zambia is seeking qualified and passionate professionals to join our academic team for Part-time employment at its brand new Lusaka campus in the following disciplines:

• Human Anatomy
• Biochemistry
• Pathology
• Pharmacology
• Physiology
• Immunology
• Histology
• Medical Ethics
• Microbiology
• Virology

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and academic support in your specialised subject area.
• Design and develop course content, ensuring it aligns with the latest industry standards and educational practices.
• Supervise and mentor students during practical sessions, clinical placements, and research projects.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Nursing and Medical programmes.
• Participate in academic administration and departmental meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Master’s or PhD in the relevant subject area (or related field).
• Demonstrated experience in teaching at a higher education level, with a focus on Nursing, Medical or related programmes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to student success.
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
