Job Description:

Lumina Ventures is looking for a skilled Public Health Specialist to support our public health initiatives in Lusaka. The Public Health Specialist will analyze health data, develop policies, and implement programs to improve community health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze health data and trends to identify public health issues.
• Develop and implement public health policies and programs.
• Conduct research and evaluation to assess program effectiveness.
• Provide technical assistance and support to community health organizations.
• Collaborate with government agencies and other stakeholders on public health initiatives.
• Monitor and report on public health indicators and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Public Health or related field.
• Strong knowledge of public health principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Public Health or related field.

Skills:

• Ability to analyze and interpret health data.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public health or related field.
