We are recruiting for a Quality Inspector on a full-time basis.

Main Purpose of the role:

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for the inspection of all items produced within manufacturing to ensure that all products meet and perform according to established criteria to the highest possible standards and achieve the highest rate of success.

The Job holder will assist in manufacturing processes to create and maintain the highest standards of operations and to enhance production output and ensure an efficient and timely factory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Detailed inspection of all items produced
• Familiarizing with all product types and demonstrating product knowledge
• Ensuring all finished products meets quality and safety standards specified
• Logging and reporting faults
• Assisting management in analyzing and evaluating fault rates
• Working with management to identify repeat issues and participate in resolving them
• Liaising with production team to ensure that all identified faults are rectified to acceptable standard
• Ensuring all relevant compliance and quality tags/labels are adhered to product before dispatch
• Assisting the team in investigating relevant customer complaints and returns
• Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained throughout work area
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures (safety, regulations etc)
