JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities

Follow the safety rules and maintain a safety culture to achieve zero accident target.
Implementation of QMS(quality management system) in the plant
Overall responsible on the RM/PM/FG & Other material analysis in the plant as per standard and making COA.
Issue rejection note to rejected RM/PM/FG.
To coordinate with suppliers to upgrade quality.
Assigning roles & responsibilities to the QC/QA chemists .
To maintain and facilitate good work environment in the department.
Responsible for the training /awareness on the quality all QC chemist.
Responsible for Laboratory testing and microbial control.
Responsible for product conformance and technology transfer.
Responsible for consumer & customer products quality issue.
Responsible for raw material & product traceability.
Legal compliance as per local norms.
New product development
Training of the workforce
Maintain the GMP and Hygiene standard as per norms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies required.

Graduate in food technology /Lab tech with computer operating skills like excel, PPT, word.
Preferred with relevant experience in quality department in manufacturing

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
