To support this vision KCM is recruiting,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports on costs and budgets. Conduct cost control and value engineering. Identify commercial risks and opportunities related to cost and contractual issues.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards, and procedures. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Oversee efficient contract preparation and management, ensuring effective performance monitoring, claims handling, and dispute resolution. Primarily focus on managing Underground Construction and Mining Business partners by strategically leveraging the Commercial Contract. CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a quantity surveying role within the Mining industry.
Expertise in construction contracts like NEC, FIDIC or bespoke contract suites.
