Key Competencies & Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution.
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Innovative and Proactive
Ability to work out costings,quotations, bill of quantities and tender documents
Ability to collabrate with team members
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to interpret blueprinyt (construction) drawings.
proficiency in negotion skills
keen attention to detail and exceptionaly responsible
Time managment skills
