Job Vacancy: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs related to our building and civil engineering projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring value for money while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Manage and control project costs.
• Perform cost analysis and prepare progress reports.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Advise on procurement strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs and contracts.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying.
