Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for providing expert advice, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate property deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property values.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Education:

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales or management.
