Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to analyze real estate market data and trends. The Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations to support real estate investment and development decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling and feasibility studies for real estate projects.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on market conditions and investment prospects.
• Collaborate with real estate professionals and stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent research and report-writing abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in real estate analysis software and financial modeling tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate analysis or finance.
