Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to assess the value of residential and commercial properties. The Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property evaluations and preparing detailed appraisal reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough property evaluations and appraisals.
• Analyze market trends and property data to determine property values.
• Prepare and present detailed appraisal reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Appraiser or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of appraisal methods and real estate market trends.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant certification preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in appraisal software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate appraisal.
