Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker to manage real estate transactions and oversee a team of agents. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for facilitating property sales, providing expert advice, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Provide expert advice on property market trends and values.
• Supervise and mentor a team of real estate agents.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and legal requirements.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant real estate license required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate brokerage.
