Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Developer to oversee property development projects from conception to completion. The Real Estate Developer will be responsible for project planning, financial management, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage real estate development projects.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
• Prepare project budgets, financial forecasts, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee project implementation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes and market trends.
• Excellent project management and financial analysis skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management and real estate development software.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate development.
