JOB DESCRIPTION

Real Estate Business plans, budgets, initiatives and efforts

Planning and scheduling property sales and valuations
-
Preparation of Agreements of Sale and property files
-
Liaising with sellers, buyers, conveyancers and other related people

Property sales

Property management
-
Valuations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Urban and Rural Planning/ Surveying
-
Membership of Zambia Institute of Estate Agency (ZIEA) a must
-
Membership of Surveyors Institute of Zambia (SIZ) – Valuation Chapter an added advantage
-
3 years experience in Real Estate Management / Sales / Property Management
-
Strategic, Hands-on, Goal-oriented candidates most sought after
