Chapa Classic Lodge in Livingstone is looking for a qualified and hospitality industry experienced self starter to fill in the role of Receptionist at our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist lodge guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Provide information about lodge facilities and local attractions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills may be advantageous.
• Certification or relevant qualifications for the specific position is a prerequisite.
• Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility in working hours and a positive attitude is highly valued.
• Livingstone residents are preferred.
