Chapa Classic Lodge in Livingstone is looking for a qualified and hospitality industry experienced self starter to fill in the role of Receptionist at our establishment.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist lodge guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.

Provide information about lodge facilities and local attractions.
Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with hotel management.

Compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory.

Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills may be advantageous.

Certification or relevant qualifications for the specific position is a prerequisite.
