Gloria Inn Hotel Zambia Limited, a distinguished establishment dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences, is currently seeking a male Receptionist to join our team. Located in the bustling city of Ndola, Zambia, our hotel is committed to delivering unparalleled service and memorable stays for our guests.

Position: Receptionist
Minimum Experience: Proven experience as a front desk personnel
Specific Requirement: Proficiency in EZEE Front Desk software

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
3. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information.
4. Manage reservations and room assignments using EZEE Front Desk software.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
6. Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or recommendations as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Education and Experience Required:

1. Grade 12 Certificate
2. Proven experience as a front desk personnel.
3. Proficiency in using EZEE Front Desk software.
4. Certification or training in hospitality management, customer service, or related field

Additional Requirements:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent customer service abilities.
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
