We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Role and Responsibilities

Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives

Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.

Directing visitors to the correct office

Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.

Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Assist in coordinating and executing office events, meetings, and conferences

Maintain and update office directories, staff contact lists, and other relevant databases.

Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless
communication
and coordination
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Degree or equivalent Diploma; additional certification or education in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Knowledge / Skills

Familiarity with office machines

Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

Proficient in English (oral and written)

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
