About the role:

Our client, a leading international company in the tobacco trade and distribution sector , is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and trade deployment across selected Southern Africa markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distributor and partner relationships, and ensuring sustainable market expansion.

The position requires proven experience in the tobacco industry and the ability to navigate regional market dynamics. The role covers the following countries: South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini, Angola, Zambia, Malawi, and Mozambique.
