THE DREAM LIFE TWO SIXTY
ANTHU OMWE HEALTH CENTRE
Position: Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse/Midwife
Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer
Location: Anthu Omwe Health Center (Mungule/Chibombo)
Anthu Omwe Health Centre is a health facility that offers free medical services to rural communities in Mungule Chiefdom of Chibombo District of Central province. Anthu Omwe Health Centre is an initiative of a The Dream Life Two Sixty, non-profit organization whose mandate is to improve the quality of life of underprivileged and underserved communities in Zambia
Duration: Four (4) Months (with Possibility of extension based on performance)
Responsibilities
To provide holistic reproductive health care services to clients in order to reduce maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality.

Key Duties
To conduct deliveries and MCH activities according to standard operating guidelines.
To mobilize and manage material resources for use on the ward or department for sustainability
and cost effective quality health care delivery.
To manage all patients receiving medication according to guidelines for safe and effective
administration of drugs.
To ensure timely and appropriate referral for continuity of care at the next level.
To provide nursing care in settings that are safe and infection free to promote good health for clients and other members of the health care team.

Qualifications and desired attributes
Full grade 12 school certificate.
Registered with the general nursing council of Zambia.
At least 2years working experience.
Latest practicing license (2024).
Excellent team working skills.
Detail oriented.
Strong customer services skills
