Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, and skilled candidates to fill the following positions:
Relationship Manager – Premier Banking
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for attracting, growing, and retaining Premier Banking customers, while also ensuring that the customer on boarding process is seamless, resulting in an excellent customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
To acquire and grow new client relationships.
• Identifying customers’ needs and delivering customised solutions
and services for high-net-worth clients.
• Devise sales strategies targeting the market.
• To work collaboratively with other departments to offer an excellent customer experience.
• To offer investment options for Premier customers as cross-selling opportunities.
• To target customers who qualify for Premier Banking, including for the safe deposit facility.
To ensure a seamless on boarding process for all safe deposit customers.
• To co-create innovative solutions for our safe deposit customers. • To ensure all customer information is up to date, with any amendments made promptly.
• Provide personalised service to customers within the established turnaround time.
• Ensure that all new and upgraded clients are compliant with KYC and AML regulations.
• Ensure KYC compliance.
• Ensure correct charges are collected on time to avoid revenue leakage.
• To ensure all relevant reports are prepared and submitted as required.
• To ensure consistent client contact with both new and existing clients, creating client calling plans, and responding to and developing new opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team on new business initiatives. To drive the implementation of innovative solutions, especially for the Premier client segment.

Educational Qualifications
• A degree in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Social Sciences, or related fields.
A Master’s degree or MBA in Finance would be an added advantage.

Critical Experience
• At least five (5) years of experience in the Banking Sector.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting concepts, principles and standards.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
