Abt Global implements the PMI Evolve Project, which is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the US President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI). The Project is implemented in collaboration with the National Malaria Elimination Program (NMEP) of the Ministry of Health and focuses on reduction of the malaria burden in Zambia by supporting the NMEP indoor residual spraying (IRS), insecticide treated bed nets (ITNs) and entomological surveillance and in targeted provinces. The project’s main office is in Lusaka.

In furtherance of the project’s procurement policy which emphasizes competitive sourcing, transparency, and accountability, Abt Associates hereby invites electronic bids from reputable firms LOCATED within Zambia to provide the following services/items:

1.Provision of transport services in Eastern Province – 2025_RFP0055.
2.Provision of food in Eastern Province – 2025_RFQ0056.

All questions with regards to this RFQ shall be addressed to [email protected]. Abt will communicate the questions and its responses to all bidders and may at its sole discretion extend the quotation deadline. Oral communication concerning this RFQ will not be accepted except for administrative clarification regarding submission format or location of the office, etc.
