Job Description:
Chikondi Capital is seeking a Research Assistant to support research projects by conducting experiments, collecting data, and performing administrative tasks. The Research Assistant will work closely with research teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and conducting research experiments.
• Collect, record, and analyze research data.
• Prepare research materials and documentation.
• Support research staff with data entry and analysis tasks.
• Ensure compliance with research protocols and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Research Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or research field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in research and data analysis software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in research support or assistance.
