Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our research initiatives. In this role, you will assist with data collection, analysis, and report preparation, contributing to various research projects. Your strong organizational skills and commitment to quality will be vital in ensuring accurate and reliable research outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection: Assist in designing research studies and develop data collection instruments. Gather data through surveys, interviews, and other methods, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Literature Review: Conduct literature reviews to identify existing research, theories, and frameworks relevant to ongoing projects. Summarize findings and present them to the research team.
• Data Management: Enter, clean, and organize data using statistical software and spreadsheets. Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends and outliers.
• Reporting: Prepare and organize research findings for presentation, ensuring clarity and coherence in reports and visualizations. Assist in drafting research papers and presentations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with research team members to support project planning and execution. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of research activities and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing project timelines.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on developments in research methodologies and best practices to enhance skills and contribute to project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Research Methods, or a related field; relevant coursework or experience is a plus.
• Experience in research or data analysis is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
