Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is looking for a Residential Real Estate Agent to assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties. The Residential Real Estate Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through the real estate process and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting residential properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with property details.
• Negotiate and facilitate property transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers.
• Stay updated on residential real estate market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Residential Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of residential real estate market and trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Education:

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in residential real estate management software.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate.
