Job Description: Emerald Edge is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our retail store. The Retail Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Manage, train, and motivate retail staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Proven experience in retail management and sales.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related role.
