Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.

Manage sales transactions and process payments accurately.

Maintain and organize store displays and merchandise.

Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or in a similar retail role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is a plus.
Skills:

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales.
