Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Manage sales transactions and process payments accurately.
• Maintain and organize store displays and merchandise.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or in a similar retail role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales.
