Risk Manager

Job Description: Prosper Zambia is seeking a Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the organization. The Risk Manager will develop strategies to manage and reduce risks, ensuring the company’s operations and assets are protected.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management processes.
Prepare risk assessment reports and present findings to management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure risk mitigation measures are in place.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management or a similar role.
