Job Description:

Apex is seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our construction team. The Roofer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofs, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs.
Inspect roofs to determine the best repair or replacement approach.
Remove old roofing materials and debris.
Apply roofing materials, such as asphalt, tar, and sealants.
Ensure roofing projects are completed on time and within budget.
Follow safety protocols and building codes.
Maintain roofing tools and equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.

Education:

Diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Proficiency with roofing tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good problem-solving skills.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in roofing work.
