Serene Gardens Kitwe
is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant with at least two years of experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and comfort of our establishment.
Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas per established standards.

Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and replenishing linens.

Ensure all amenities are restocked in each room according to the established guidelines.

Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department.

Respond to guests’ requests with prompt and courteous service.

Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements:

Grade twelve certificate or GCE
-
Minimum of two years of experience as a Room Attendant in a similar establishment.

Proven understanding of cleaning and sensitization procedures.
-
Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
-
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
-
Solid communication skills in [relevant language(s) spoken by guests].

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina to handle the physical demands of the position, including standing, bending, and lifting.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Certification in housekeeping or related field.
-
Knowledge of different cleaning products and their proper usage.
-
Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums and buffers.
