We are recruiting!

Our client, with resort operations in Lusaka, is looking for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to join their team based in Lusaka. He/she would report directly to the Resort General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel standards to the highest standards.
• Rooms and Front Office operations management.
• Staff management
• Rooms division budgets
• Procurement
• Inventory and Par-level stores management.
• Procurement
• Mentoring
• Reporting
• Security management.
• General liaison with maintenance.
• Laundry service experience.

Requirements

• Hospitality qualification
• More than 15 years’ experience in Rooms management. Preference will be given to individuals who have demonstrated experience working in 4 – 5 star operations.
• Budget generation and management
• Staff management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
