Our client, with resort operations in Lusaka, is looking for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to join their team based in Lusaka. He/she would report directly to the Resort General Manager.

Responsibilities

Maintain hotel standards to the highest standards.

Rooms and Front Office operations management.

Staff management

Rooms division budgets
-
Procurement
-
Inventory and Par-level stores management.

Procurement

Mentoring
-
Reporting
-
Security management.

General liaison with maintenance.

Laundry service experience.
Requirements

Hospitality qualification
-
More than 15 years’ experience in Rooms management. Preference will be given to individuals who have demonstrated experience working in 4 – 5 star operations.

Budget generation and management
-
Staff management experience.

Excellent communication skills.
