SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team in the Copperbelt region of Zambia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a proven ability to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the B2B sector.
Prospect for new clients and generate leads within the Copperbelt region.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Potentially assist in the preparation of tender documents.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales.
Demonstrable sales success and established network within the Copperbelt region, Zambia.
Previous experience working with clients in the mining sector is highly advantageous.
Proven experience in preparing and submitting tenders is highly preferred.
A solid understanding of telecom and energy solutions will be considered a significant asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
