Role Summary
Responsible for managing sales accounts, reconciliations, and banking transactions across multiple depots. Ensures accuracy in customer billing, depot cash handling, and compliance with internal SOPs and ethical standards.

Weekly/ Monthly Sales Reporting
Sales Ledger Management
Depot Reconciliation & Controls
Banking & Cash Handling Oversight
Reporting & Compliance
General Depot Audits
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in accounting, or auditing.
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Sage).
High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
