Harakati Logistics Zambia is a fast-growing organisation in the Transport and Logistics industry of Zambia and is seeking to employ the services of Sales Administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Business Studies.

Previous experience in Sales administration will be an added advantage.
-
3 years relevant experience in Administration.
DUTIES:
-
Prepare all tenders and submit to sales rep at least a day before due date.
-
Submit weekly reports and prepare correspondences as assigned by superiors.
-
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
-
Proper record keeping for all company documents.
-
Taking minutes and circulate within 24hours from date of meeting.

Maintain sales figures, asset listings and service schedule for SBU vehicles.
-
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects/customers.
-
Daily Contacting of prospects clients from the database.
-
Undertake new business development initiatives.
-
Recommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).

Ensure continuous customer liaison (Key Account Management).
-
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
-
Maintaining the company social media accounts and make sure it’s always active at any given time.

Providing administrative support to Sales Reps and Senior Management.

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
-
Understanding of sales performance metrics
-
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
-
A team player with high level of dedication

Ability to work under strict deadlines

Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
