Innovate General Insurance Zambia is looking for Sales Agents to join our team, are you a hardworking and enthusiastic salesperson?

Responsibilities:

As a salesperson Within our team, you will be required to:

• Sell insurance policies to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have a grade 12 certificate with a credit or better in Mathematics and English.
• Must be atleast 23 years of age
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of insurance will be an added advantage.
• Can be from anywhere in Zambia.
