As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Administration and Sales Intern to join our team and help us achieve our goals. Job Description

As our Administration and Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our office and sales efforts. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, assisting in sales activities, and ensuring efficient client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

○ Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks.

○ Handle walk-in clients and provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact.

○ Maintain office supplies and equipment.

○ Assist in organizing meetings and appointments.

Sales Support:

○ Implement and manage our content posting calendar, including blog posts, social media updates, and other promotional content.

○ Respond to emails and phone calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing information about our services.

○ Maintain record of leads and clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.

○ Support in lead generation activities and follow-ups.

○ Assist in maintaining positive engagement with leads and existing clients.

○ Collaborate with the technical team to achieve sales goals.

MinimumRequirements

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this internship, candidates must possess the following

qualifications and skills:

● Proven experience in administrative roles.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Customer-focused mindset and the ability to maintain professional client

relationships.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other

relevant software.

● Proficiency in google workspace: drive, mail, docs, sheets, calendar

● Lusaka-based: Applicants must be currently residing in Lusaka city or be

willing to relocate at their own expense.

● Self-Motivated: Ability to work with minimal supervision and take the

initiative when required.

● Demonstrated perseverance and determination in tackling challenges and achieving goals.

Duration and Compensation:

This internship position is for a fixed-term duration, typically lasting 3 months, subject to renewal depending on performance. The intended start date is November 1, 2025 . Interns will receive a stipend to cover transportation, lunch and other necessary expenses.
