Job Description

Responsible for selling different spare parts in mechanical, electrical, tires, suspension & accessories. Assesses needs, takes orders, finds products, and checks out customers

Key Responsibilities

Customer service & manage store front

Meet monthly sales quotas and sales deadlines

Social Media: Support company activity across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to expand the social media audience base. Write engaging content for various audiences that aligns with brand guidelines.

Email Marketing: Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activities, grow the subscriber base, and create engaging, relevant content, including conducting tests to optimize results.

Help customers find the spare parts they are looking for

Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.

Recommend substitute parts or show customers how to modify parts.

Sell parts to repair garages, retail shops, trucks, car hire companies, and bus companies, dealers, and the public

Assist with inventory tracking and ordering

Diploma in marketing or equivalent

Valid driver’s license.

Knowledge of motor vehicles and spare parts

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional communication skills & a strong attention to details
