A leading décor and lifestyle store located in Leopards Hill is seeking a proactive and well-organized Sales and Marketing Assistant to support daily shop operations, customer service, marketing initiatives, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, efficient, and passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional, friendly, and well-presented customer service.
Assist with daily shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and processing consignments.

Handle bookwork and general administrative duties.

Coordinate supplies and maintain communication with external vendors and suppliers.

Support marketing, PR, and branding efforts as needed.

Run errands and support offsite promotional activities
Requirements:

Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Fast learner who can adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Proficient in using a laptop and basic office software.

Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license.

Previous retail experience is an added advantage.
