Medispares and Accessories Limited is a Zambian incorporated citizen owned company involved in the selling and distribution of medical equipment, spares, accessories, furniture and devices. The company is now seeking to recruit a highly motivated and self-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join the team and promote growth.

Responsibilities for Sales and Marketing Manager

Identify new market opportunities via market research and establish new accounts
Prepare sales presentations
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.
Submit Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly analysed sales data
Advise management on potential markets and products
Respond to client’s enquiries promptly
Providing coaching and training to other Team Members
Maintain positive growth of sales and move with time
Willingness to travel to meet clients
Maintains long term relationships with clients
Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to meet customers’ expectations.
Propose marketing strategies and product promotions

Qualifications for Sales and Marketing Manager

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent. A Degree will be an added advantage with registration with Zambia Institute of Marketing
4 years practical work experience in the supply of medical equipment, spares and accessories.
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Solid written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent eye for detail

The ideal candidate must possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage market segments effectively
Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets and soft skills
Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time
Ability to work with minimum supervision
