Are you a results-driven sales and marketing professional with a passion for the tobacco industry? Look no further! We’re seeking a dynamic Sales And Marketing Manager to Join our growing team at Zambian Cigarette Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

• Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training and motivation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovate marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement.

  QUALIFICATION:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tobacco or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations related to the tobacco industry
• Minimum qualification Diploma in sales and marketing (Degree holder added advantage)
