Objective
: We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Personnel to join our team and help drive the growth of our company. The main objective of this role is to generate leads, promote our products and services, and ultimately increase sales through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales techniques.
Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services within the construction industry.

Identify and target potential clients, including developers, contractors, architects, and engineers, to generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Utilize social media platforms extensively to engage with potential customers and drive brand awareness.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Create and deliver engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to showcase the company’s offerings.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote the company’s brand.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to clients to showcase the value proposition of the company’s products and services.

Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and objectives.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to make informed decisions and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and cohesion in achieving business objectives.

Provide timely and accurate reports, updates, and forecasts to management on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Experience or knowledge in the construction industry is considered an added advantage.
Qualifications:

Degree from a reputable institution in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes

Ability to think creatively and strategically

Problem and analytical solving skills

Willingness to boldly pursue opportunities and knock on doors for the company

Graphic designing skills is an added advantage

Construction experience/Knowledge is an added advantage
