Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Lusaka for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, identifying potential customers and converting them into clients, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies :
– Devise and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand visibility and reach.
– Utilize both traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize impact.
2. Generate Sales Leads:
– Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
– Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through various prospecting methods.
3. Client Relationship Management:
– Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and explore upselling opportunities.
– Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Tech-Savvy Approach:
– Leverage technology tools to streamline sales and marketing processes. i.e. Canvas
– Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate technological advancements into the business strategy.
5. Market Analysis :
– Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
– Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.

Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing (Preferred)
– Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software applications
– Confidence in presenting and pitching to clients
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
