SALES ASSISTANT

The Sales Assistant is responsible for handling  all walkin and online sales

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to;

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  recording, and managing inventory.
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Ensuring offices are adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Handling all customer related welfare.

Requirements:

• Experience with online sales (MUST)
• Strong motivation and commitment to the work
• Fast learner and quick adaptability
• Minimum of grade 12 certificate
• Proven track of at least 2 years’ experience in sales and online sales
• Experience of managing cash accounts, writing reports and plans.
• Demonstrated experience in working with customers and sales
• Excellent English language skills.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical skills, flexibility, time-management, ability to work under stress and in difficult conditions
• Basic knowledge of financial management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Willingness to work in accordance with the Company Code of Ethics

Starting date: April 2025

Location: Lusaka with possible Travel
