   Kariba Harvest Limited, a leading fish farming business located in the beautiful town of Siavonga, is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. We seek a proactive, customer-oriented individual with a passion for sales and the aquaculture industry.
  
  
   Key Responsibilities:
  
  
   - 
    Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and purchases.
   
 
   - 
    Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
   
 
   - 
    Support the sales team in achieving targets and growing customer relationships.
   
 
   - 
    Maintain product knowledge to provide excellent service and recommendations.
   
 
   - 
    Assist in stock management, monitoring inventory levels, and restocking as needed.
   
 
   - 
    Handle customer feedback and escalate issues where necessary.
   
 
  
  
   Qualifications & Experience:
  
  
   - 
    Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
   
 
   - 
    2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
   
 
   - 
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   
 
   - 
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   
 
   - 
    Passion for the aquaculture industry and willingness to learn.
