   DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
  
  
   - 
    Maintain positive business relationships with customers to maximize sales
   
 
   - 
    Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
   
 
   - 
    Ensuring that stock is requested on time and the sales flow is fully packed with all fast moving and customer most wanted items.
   
 
   - 
    Help set the direction for the sales channels in respect of standards and operating policies.
   
 
   - 
    Responsible for trade marketing, point of sales and brand development in respective sale channels.
   
 
   - 
    Keep track of stock level and shrinkages.
   
 
   - 
    Follow up on customer quotations.
   
 
   - 
    Ensure that all sales books are fully updated and circulated to the Sales Officer.
   
 
   - 
    Always ensure to confirm stock after each stock taking is done.
   
 
   - 
    Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction and positive relationships.
   
 
   - 
    Continuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
   
 
   - 
    Expedite the resolutions of customer’s problems and complaints to maximize customer’s satisfactions
   
 
   - 
    Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
   
 
   - 
    Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
   
 
   - 
    Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
   
 
   - 
    Ensuring that the company procedures and laid down rules are followed
   
 
   - 
    Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed
   
 
   - 
    Educate customers about product features, promotions and loyalty programs to enhance sales
   
 
   - 
    Ensure smooth and organized management of customer data, sales activities, and follow up schedules.
   
 
   - 
    Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
   
 
   - 
    Restock shelves and display areas as needed to ensure product efficiently.
   
 
   - 
    Ensure smooth and organized management of customer data, sales activities, and follow – up schedules.

    Maintain detailed and up- to date records of client interactions in the system provided by the organization.
   
 
   - 
    Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on the 5th of every month
   
 
   - 
    Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales flow
   
 
   - 
    Any other duty assigned by the supervisor
   
 
  
  
   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  
  
   - 
    Full Grade 12 Certificate
   
 
   - 
    Certificate, Diploma In sales and marketing, computer or any relevant certificate – Added Advantage
   
 
   - 
    Must have a Minimum of 1 years’ working experience
