Job Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers, promptly resolve customer issues and needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales plans, tracking progress toward sales targets, and providing necessary administrative support.

Order Processing: Process customer orders, including order entry, confirmation, and follow-up, to ensure timely shipment and accurate delivery.

Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze competitor situations, and identify potential sales opportunities.

Data Management: Update and maintain customer databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Marketing, Business Management, or related majors preferred.

Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a sales assistant or related position, with international sales experience preferred.

Skill Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic market analysis and data processing skills
Language Skills: Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and fluent communication.
