We’re growing fast and are looking for a Sales Associate in Ndola to help expand our client base and drive technology adoption across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Promote and sell ERP systems, IT solutions, and digital platforms

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Conduct product demos and client presentations

• Gather and report customer feedback and market trends

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or IT solutions

• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital tools

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, tech-savvy, and able to work independently

• Must be based in Ndola or willing to relocate
